Program 01

I³ — Identify. Inspire. Integrate.

An eight-week course developed by Brett Hollins during his own incarceration. Participants move through a structured process of trauma reflection, value clarification, internal motivation, and personal goal-setting.

Mindset Mastery.

A trauma-informed, eight-week course in mental discipline and emotional regulation, rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and performance science. Co-developed with Coach Charli Turner Thorne.

The Side Door Project.
