Built by people
who’ve walked it.

We empower justice-involved individuals to reclaim their identity, rewrite their story, and rediscover their potential — and we change the culture of the places they live to make it possible.

Our mission

Bridging the gap between incarceration and a successful future.

We design and facilitate structured programming focused on identity development, mindset transformation, mentorship, accountability, and leadership — building resilience, confidence, and life skills that last.

Our history. Founded in 2024, The Side Door has grown quickly, working alongside Departments of Corrections, staff, residents, educators, athletes, and reentry partners to bring hope and structure to communities in need.
